Dreaded I

This CT scan is taken from a 50 year old African American man with diabetes, smoking, obesity and a history of partial gastrectomy. He initially presented with asthenia, weight loss, anorexia, insidious gnawing epigastric pain, jaundice, and dark urine.

Challenge: What's the diagnosis?

    the pancreatic head mass looks ugly and malignant. it is likely a pancreatic adenocarcinoma pressing on the bile duct cause you could also see the distended gallbladder.

    also the cyst on the left kidney might be coincidental finding unrelated to the pancreatic mass i guess..

    This is a pancreatic adenocarcinoma; the CT shows a mass of the pancreatic head.
