Challenge: What's this phenomenon called?

  1. Ashman aberrancy. The refractory period is related to the preceding RR interval. Long preceding RR interval causes a long refractory period, leading to the rate dependent RBBB seen in this example.

  2. supraventricular extrasystole, with compensatory refractory time or right bundle branch block, with large QRS complexes

    Phenomenal

This is the Ashman phenomenon with a functional RBBB in atrial fibrillation occurring in the short cycle following a preceding long cycle that lengthened the refractory period in the right bundle branch.
