Challenge: Who is this man and what is the birthmark on his forehead called?
My guess is "port wine stain" associated with Sturge-Weber syndrome, although I don't know a fancy med term for this. Looks kinda like Dick Cheney to me :)
This is Mikhail Gorbachev who has a port-wine stain on his forehead, a vascular birthmark of dilated capillaries. They may be associated with more severe manifestations such as Sturge-Weber syndrome or Klippel-Tranaunay-Weber syndrome.
