saw ST elevation in bottom 3 on the left, so that's inferior.
perfect! today's ekg will be a good one.

Localize the Lesion
This is an acute inferior wall MI with ST segment elevation in II, III, and aVF. Reciprocal ST segment depression can sometimes be seen in V1-V3, I, and aVL.
