Backwards
Yes, this week was indeed cardiac week. Here's an easy one. Next week I'll find some good challenging cases!

The EKG shows atrial fibrillation with premature ventricular contractions (multifocal given two distinct morphologies). Unfortunately, patients with a-fib are at risk of developing atrial thrombi; the second image shows a right sided infarct likely from atrial emboli.
