Tonic Water
Challenge: What antiarrhythmic causes this arrhythmia? Side effects include nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, tinnitus, hearing loss, confusion, delirium, vision changes, and psychosis.
not the greatest EKG. lido is a good guess, but i was going for quinidine - Tonic Water
This is quinidine effect; the ECG shows sinus rhythm with an intraventricular conduction delay (QRS 0.12 seconds) and a mildly prolonged QT-(U) interval.
