Tonic Water

Challenge: What antiarrhythmic causes this arrhythmia? Side effects include nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, tinnitus, hearing loss, confusion, delirium, vision changes, and psychosis.

  1. is the EKG showing mobitz type II abnormality? is it lidocaine then?

  2. not the greatest EKG. lido is a good guess, but i was going for quinidine

    This is quinidine effect; the ECG shows sinus rhythm with an intraventricular conduction delay (QRS 0.12 seconds) and a mildly prolonged QT-(U) interval.
