Slow Down!
This is a late deceleration, characterized by a gradual decrease and return to the baseline of the fetal heart rate associated with uterine contractions. The decelertion is delayed in timing, with the nadir of the deceleration occurring after the peak of the contraction. This strip also shows minimal variability.
