Droop

This young healthy football player sustained a "knee injury." He is supine, hip flexed to 45 degrees, knee flexed to 90 degrees, and foot in neutral position.

Challenge: Where is the lesion?

    this shows a Drawer test for the posterior cruciate ligament.

    This is a posterior sag sign. Normally, the medial tibial plateau is at least 1cm anterior to the femoral condyle. When there is a posterior cruciate ligament injury, this is lost.
