    This is a shoulder dystokia, risk factors include long head to body pass time, size of the mother, intrauterine placement of the baby.
    it can result in Brachial pleaxus lesions->palsy

    This is Erb’s palsy, a C5-6-7 injury with adduction and internal rotation of the arm, forearm extension, and flexion of the wrists and fingers.
