Challenge: If the native lungs are not contributing at all, what is the arterial oxygen saturation?
I would guess about 75% O2 Sat, this depends on the ratio of oxygenated and de-oxygenated blood in the v.cava / right atrium this is an artificially created extra-corporal circulation device for oxygenation. looks similar to a heart lung machine, but those inject the oxygenataed blood into the arterial bloodstream.

yes! nice job. this is definitely ECMO - but the cannula show VV-ECMO rather than VA-ECMO. In VV-ECMO, your sat is 75-85% due to mixing and shunt. In VA ECMO, your sat will be higher. - Advanced Circulatory Support II
This is venovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. Blood is withdrawn from the IVC (from a femoral vein cannula), circulated through an artificial membrane, and returned via the SVC to the RA. When there is no native lung function, arterial saturation is 75-85%.
