Normal
As you review this EKG, you note the T-wave inversions in leads V1-V3, the vertical QRS axis (+90 degrees), and the early precordial transition.
Challenge: These findings are normal for what kind of patient?
So, the T wave in negative in leads where the QRS is mostly negative. this is a sign of a normal functioning heart... the QRS and T wave concordance is important here.
It can be seen in children and adolescents, and even in some adults, all of which are healthy!

you're right! i learned something in researching this case because i've never learned about EKGs in children. good eye!
