Short PR interval, Wolff- Parkinson -White disease.. I had a hunch it was that, but i had to look it up to confirm.. nice ECG.. really subtle delta waves....
almost! the reason the delta waves are very subtle is that they don't exist...this is Lown-Ganong-Levine which is WPW without delta waves.

Three Muskateers
This is Lown-Ganong-Levine Syndrome, a pre-excitation syndrome similar to Wolff-Parksinson-White, diagnosed by a short PR interval and normal QRS complex. It may represent a perinodal accessory pathway or enhanced AV conduction.
