Phoenix

These images show evidence of an aortic dissection. The CXR shows a widened aortic knob. The second and third images shows aneurysmal dilation and dissection of the ascending aorta. The last two images are echocardiography images showing a true lumen, intimal flap, and false lumen; in the last image, the upper lumen shows flow, suggesting it is the true lumen.
