You are a radiologist and get several X-rays sent by the emergency department for young men in their 20s with chief complaint "arrested by law enforcement." You sigh.

Challenge: What's your diagnosis?

Hidden

This is internal concealment of drugs or bodypacking. Most commonly, cocaine or heroin is sealed in packets and ingested (50-100) for later retrieval. Patients can be asymptomatic and brought in by law enforcement, present with a toxidrome from a ruptured packet, or present with symptoms of gastrointestinal obstruction or perforation.
