intrauterine balloon tamponade
Dilation and Curettage? With expansion with cold saline to induce self expulsion of fetal tissue?

Helium
This is a Bakri balloon. The collapsed balloon is placed into the uterus, then inflated to tamponade endometrial bleeding in postpartum hemorrhage.
