Ashman aberrancy. The refractory period is related to the preceding RR interval. Long preceding RR interval causes a long refractory period, leading to the rate dependent RBBB seen in this example.

Phenomenal

This is the Ashman phenomenon with a functional RBBB in atrial fibrillation occurring in the short cycle following a preceding long cycle that lengthened the refractory period in the right bundle branch.
