sorry meant posterior cruciate ligament!
posterior knee dislocation?
Knee effusion. ACL injury
this shows a Drawer test for the posterior cruciate ligament.

Droop
This is a posterior sag sign. Normally, the medial tibial plateau is at least 1cm anterior to the femoral condyle. When there is a posterior cruciate ligament injury, this is lost.
