i dont know what it is...
but here is a thought..
i cannot identify clear p-waves on the II line.
the RR is fairely inconstant.
the QRS seems a little to large. and has the "rabbits ear" sticking out towards the left V4 V5 V6
the baseline is not straight but shows no strong elevation or non elevation...
the QRS is not that large (small QRS complex) so it has to be a problem with a structure over the AV node.
as the P wave is missig or hidden i would guess on a atrial fibrillaiton, this would be consistent with the oscillation of the baseline (flickering) and the abnormal RR distances...
but as always its just a guess..

you're right! great analysis - always read an EKG systematically. it's definitely harder online rather than on paper.
