switched leads aVR and aVL?
yep - along with the V leads

Misleading
This EKG has both limb lead and chest lead reversal. The negative P in lead 1 with negative QRS suggests right arm-left arm reversal. The chest leads are reversed so that V1 is actually V6, V2 is V5, etc.
