Toxic Megacolon?
SBO. adhesions, crohn's and hernia are mcc for adults. enteric tube in place.. not able to find any signs of volvulus or other aunt minnie.

This is a small bowel obstruction; the plain upright abdominal radiograph shows dilated loops of small bowel with air-fluid levels consistent with SBO.
