This is Moros reflex. It goes away at around 4 months like most infantile reflexes
perfect! one of my favorite reflexes to test

Fall
This is the Moro reflex which disappears by three to six months of age. It is elicited by dropping the infant’s head and results in abduction and extension of the arms and opening of the hands followed by flexion.
