Challenge: Look carefully (click to enlarge) - what's the diagnosis?
This is MAT or multifocal atrial tachycardia, characterized by discrete P waves with at least 3 different morphologies, an atrial rate over 90, P waves separated by isoelectric intervals, and variation in the P-P, P-R, and R-R intervals/durations.
