Is it a pituitary adenoma ?
Pituitary tumor
exactly - pituitary adenoma...i was going for prolactinoma which does not always present with galactorrhea
-
Turkish Delight
The title refers to the sella turcica (as well as C.S. Lewis' The Lion, the Witch, and the Warddrobe) where pituitary tumors can arise. This is a prolactinoma. Prolactin inhibits secretion of GnRH.
