Textbook
The first image shows Muhammad Ali, American boxer, who is one of the most famous persons with Parkinson's disease. The second image is from William Richard Gowers' "A Manual of Diseases of the Nervous System" in 1886. The features to point out here are the masked facies and characteristic posture.
