sheehan's syndrome?
Don't scare me like this! I think it's Sheehan syndrome/postpartum hypopituitarism
Post-Partum
This is Sheehan syndrome, pituitary infarction after postpartum hemorrhage which can lead to hypopituitarism. This may be due to massive growth of the pituitary during pregnancy, leading to susceptibility to ischemia. The histology shows “ghost architecture and acellular area of infarction.”
