nice!! i didn't know if the title/question made sense but yes, this is trifascicular block :)

Three Peas in a Pod
This EKG shows a right bundle branch block, a left anterior fascicular block, and a first degree AV block; these three blocks in combination are often referred to as a trifascicular block (though there aren't three fascicles involved). It is a risk for complete heart block.
