Turkish Delight

A 35 year old woman presents with infertility. She has irregular periods. Her husband has a child from a previous marriage. She denies galactorrhea. She does not take any medications. An MRI brain is shown above.

Challenge: What's your diagnosis?

exactly - pituitary adenoma...i was going for prolactinoma which does not always present with galactorrhea

Turkish Delight

The title refers to the sella turcica (as well as C.S. Lewis' The Lion, the Witch, and the Warddrobe) where pituitary tumors can arise. This is a prolactinoma. Prolactin inhibits secretion of GnRH.
